30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products for hygiene reasons
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lanelallc.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
