Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at support@lanelallc.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.
